PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a seal impression image generation program, a seal impression image generation method and a seal impression image generation device that automatically correct contrasting density in a seal impression having the contrasting density in the seal impression biased, and enable uniform binarization over an entire seal impression.SOLUTION: A seal impression image generation program is configured to: binarize a seal impression multi value image of a seal read by an image reading device and impressed on a medium using a first predetermined binarization threshold to generate a seal impression binary image; detect an exterior periphery of the generated seal impression binary image; detect a contrasting density level at a plurality of points of the detected exterior periphery; divide the seal impression multi value image to generate a plurality of partial seal impression multi value images; binarize each of the plurality of divided partial seal impression multi value images on the basis of the detected contrasting density level using a second binarization threshold different from the first binarization threshold to generate a plurality of partial seal impression binary images; and synthesize the plurality of generated partial seal impression binary images to generate one synthesis binary image.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
