PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To propose a glare evaluation device that can evaluate glare taking a combination of an anti-glare film and a display device into consideration thanks to a simple method.SOLUTION: A glare evaluation device, which evaluates glare in a display part of a display device having an anti-glare film attached, comprises: an imaging device that shoots an image displayed on the display part; an adjustment unit that adjusts the number of pixels of the image to be shot per unit pixel of an image pick-up element of the imaging device and to be displayed on the display part; and an image processing device that obtains a deviation of luminance correlating to a size of the glare and in the image displayed on the display part on the basis of image data shot by the imaging device in a state adjusted by the adjustment unit. The adjustment unit is configured to adjust the number of pixels of the image in accordance with the number of effective pixels of the image pick-up element so that the number of pixels of the image to be shot per one pixel of the image pick-up element is equal to or greater than 0.5, and equal to or less than 2.0.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1, Figure 2
