Fresh concrete compaction state notification system and quality control method

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To determine and report the compaction state of fresh concrete, and improve construction quality by conducting appropriate compaction.SOLUTION: A processing unit 200 for determining compaction property of fresh concrete, and a reporting device 300 for reporting the compaction state are provided. The processing unit 200 includes: acceleration and angular velocity calculating means 206 for obtaining vibration acceleration and vibration angular velocity of a rod-like vibrator 10 on the basis of a current value of the rod-like vibrator 10; fluid force calculating means 207 for obtaining fluid force received by the rod-like vibrator 10 with the use of the vibration acceleration and the vibration angular velocity; viscosity coefficient calculating means 208 for obtaining a viscosity coefficient of fresh concrete with the use of the fluid force; and determination means 209 for determining the current compaction state by comparing the results of the calculation and predetermined reference values. The reporting device 300 reports the current compaction state.
