An embodiment for a method of controlling the display position of an application launcher is disclosed. An exemplary method includes recognizing a gaze target via an eye tracking camera and displaying an application launcher in a gaze target via a display in response to a user trigger, wherein the application launcher is activated In order to present multiple selectable applications. An exemplary method further includes recognizing a user selection of one of the plurality of applications and replacing the application launcher with a selected one of the plurality of applications via the display in the gaze target.
