PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an evaluation method which quantitatively evaluates both the effect of an environmental load reduction due to the reduction of an amount of carbon dioxide discharge achieved by using a fly ash and a blast furnace slag fine powder and the effective use of resources and the performance of an environmental load reduction concrete, and optimizes the material and the amount used thereof.;SOLUTION: The performance evaluation method of the environmental load reduction concrete according to the present invention measures various performance values of a concrete to be a reference so as to be defined as various performance reference values; measures various performance values of the environmental load reduction concrete having the same water/binder ratio as the water/binder ratio of the concrete to be a reference, thereby being compared with the reference value; and evaluates whether or not various performance values of the environmental load reduction concrete obtained by each comparison value is satisfied and the total performance index evaluation value obtained by averaging various performance evaluation values satisfies the predetermined level. Preferably, the various performances of the concrete are strength development performance, environmental load reduction performance, crack resistance performance, and durability performance. The various performance evaluation values are equal to or more than 0.80, and more preferably, equal to or more than 0.85, and evaluates whether or not the total performance index evaluation value obtained by averaging various performance values of the environmental load reduction concrete from each comparison value is equal to or more than 1.00.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
