PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cartridge for a single-lever combination faucet configured to minimize wear of a pressing body or a portion pressed by the pressing body in a click mechanism which gives click feeling to a user in temperature adjustment, and to provide the single-lever combination faucet.SOLUTION: A cartridge 3 includes a click mechanism section 31 which gives click feeling at a predetermined position in a moving direction of a lever 7. The click mechanism section 31 includes: a pressing body 32 which is arranged in a movable valve body 5 and is brought into contact with an inner peripheral surface of a case 8 in a rotatable manner; a biasing body 36 which biases the pressing body 32 toward the inner peripheral surface of the case 8; and a projection section 38 arranged in a movable range of the pressing body 32. A bush member 33 is arranged between the pressing body 32 and the biasing body 36. When the lever 7 is moved, the pressing body 32 rotates in contact with the inner peripheral surface of the case 8.
