PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a ground improvement method using a high-pressure injection agitation technique, which can improve the ground very efficiently when the ground improvement is applied to the ground right below existing structures, even where underground obstacles exist, by enabling the establishment of solidification improvement bodies even behind the underground obstacles by feeding a hardener sufficiently to the rear side of the underground obstacles.SOLUTION: With a ground improvement method using a high-pressure injection agitation technique in this invention: a pipe rod 2 is inserted into the ground down to a designated depth with a construction machine 1; after the insertion, a hardener is made jet from the pipe rod 2 at high speed and high pressure to cut the ground by jetting energy thereof, and the hardener and the ground are stirred and mixed; and a solidification improvement body is established to improve the ground. With this method, in the case of underground obstructions existing in the ground, for instance, below existing structures, the hardener is made jet straight for a specific period at high speed and high pressure from the pipe rod 2 in the stationary state without being turned, and the jetted hardener is sent around to the rear side of the underground obstructions.
