The hole diameter (d) of holes (35) in the air diffusing tubes (34) is 5 mm or greater. The pitch (P1) between holes (35, 35) in the air diffusing tubes (34) is 40 mm or greater, and the pitch (P2) between the air diffusing tubes (34, 34) disposed on the air supply tube (33) is 500 mm or greater.
