PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide information on medicines more clearly via an envelope.SOLUTION: A medicine information providing system includes an envelope on which the medicines to be prescribed are written, and electronic equipment which displays information on the medicines. Trigger information corresponding to the medicines is written on the envelope. The electronic equipment comprises: an imaging unit which images the trigger information; a display unit which displays medicine information on the medicines; and a control unit which superposes medicine information related to the medicine identified by the trigger information on the imaged trigger information and displays the superposed information in the display unit when the trigger information of the envelope is imaged by the imaging unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
