PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cutter of a fillet-welding plate for cutting a fillet-welding part of the fillet-welding plate in the horizontal direction.SOLUTION: A cutter 11 of a fillet-welding plate is provided for horizontally cutting a fillet-welding part 7 of a fillet-welding plate 3 fillet-welded to an upper part of an upper flange 2a of a main girder 2 in a bridge, and comprises a fitting substrate 13 having an opening part in a central part, a pair of guide plates 14 provided along the opening part and provided at the substantially same interval as a width of the upper flange, a roller provided inside the guide plates and rolling on an edge part of the upper flange, a guide side part 16 provided in a lower part of the guide plates and positioned along the side part of the upper flange, a driving motor 17 provided on the fitting substrate, a driving roller for driving by interlocking with driving of the driving motor and provided on the fitting substrate, a pair of driven rollers provided on the fitting substrate oppositely to the driving roller, a band saw 20 rotating by the driven rollers and the driving roller and presser means for restraining deflection of the band saw.
