PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a composition for an infrared ablation layer, which inhibits such a problem that a surface of an infrared ablation layer sticks to a back face of a support layer and peels off in a period of storage or the like, and to provide a laminate for an infrared ablation layer using the composition, a flexographic printing plate precursor, and a method for manufacturing a laminate for an infrared ablation layer.SOLUTION: A composition comprising a (meth)acrylic resin, an elastomer, and a fatty acid amide is used. The fatty acid amide is crystallized on a surface of an infrared ablation layer 14. The fatty acid amide is crystallized on a surface in a drying process of removing a solvent from a coating layer comprising the above composition and the solvent.
