Compare the analysis result of the initial Rayleigh scattering spectrum (RSS) obtained from the initial data measurement and the analysis result of the target RSS obtained from the target data measurement when obtaining the correlation between the initial data and the target data in the frequency domain of the Rayleigh scattered light. By doing this, the distance correction of the analysis result of the target RSS obtained earlier is performed, and the Rayleigh spectrum shift is obtained based on the correlation coefficient between the target RSS after the distance correction and the initial RS.
