PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a travel route information acquisition program, a travel route information acquisition apparatus, and a travel route information acquisition method capable of improving accuracy of estimating a vehicle travel route with a simple manner.SOLUTION: A travel route information acquisition program causes a travel route information acquisition to execute the programs of: calculating passing time of a meandering point from information on temporal transition of a speed of a vehicle in a target section including the meander point; and estimating a point of the meander point corresponding to the passing time of the meandering point using the information on the temporal transition of the speed and positional information in which a position of the vehicle corresponds to time.
