PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To realize a digital Olympic torch relay that allows everybody to participate.SOLUTION: A system 100 comprises: a transmission side terminal 1; a reception side terminal 2; and a management server 3. The transmission side terminal 1 is configured to include: a storage part that stores a content ID allocated to a prescribed content and a first user ID; and a short-distance communication part that transmits the content ID and the first user ID to the reception side terminal 2. The reception side terminal 2 is configured to include: a storage part that stores a second user ID; a short-distance communication part that receives the content ID and the first user ID from the transmission side terminal 1; and a transmission/reception part that transmits the second user ID together with the content ID and the first user ID to the management server 3. The management server 3 is configured to include: a transmission/reception part that receives the content ID, the first user ID and the second user ID from the reception side terminal 2; and a management database that stores these IDs in association with each other.
