PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a brush for washing scalp pores which smoothly passes through on a scalp, is moved easily in shampooing or the like, and is excellent in both massaging effects of the scalp and washing effects inside pores.SOLUTION: In a brush 1 for washing scalp pores in which a plurality of bristle bundles 3 formed by bundling bristles that gradually become narrower toward a tip end are implanted on an implanting surface 21 of a base, plural sets of elastic bodies 5a, 5a, 5b, 5b,..., 5f, 5f that are paired protrude on an outer peripheral side relative to the plurality of the bristle bundles 3 in the implanting surface 21. Plural sets of brush rows 6a, 6b,..., 6f comprising the two elastic bodies and the bristle bundle 3 arranged between the elastic bodies are formed by arranging the plurality of the bristle bundles 3 only in a region formed by connecting the two paired elastic bodies. The arbitrary brush row and the other arbitrary brush row are in parallel to each other, and a height of the bristle from the implanting surface 21 is less than a height of the elastic bodies 5a, 5a, 5b, 5b,..., 5f, 5f from the implanting surface 21.
