PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an optical fiber joint, optical fiber adapter and optical fiber connector, capable of further facilitating an operation.SOLUTION: An optical fiber joint comprises: an optical cable 110; an inner sleeve member 140 having a cavity inside, in which an optical fiber extended to the outside of the optical cable is held in the cavity, one end part is fixed to the optical cable, and a sleeve is arranged at the other end part; and an outer sleeve member 130 having the sleeve attached to the outside of the inner sleeve member. The sleeve 180 of the inner sleeve member is at least partially projected to the outside of the outer sleeve member, and the tail end of the sleeve projected to the outside of the outer sleeve member has an opening and a C shaped cross section.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2b
