A reservation support system and the like that can appropriately support store reservations are provided. A vacant seat information collection unit 241 accesses a site group and collects vacant seat information that can be reserved in each store in advance. The storage unit 230 stores a vacant seat information group 232 in which the collected vacant seat information is associated with store information of stores in the site group. The receiving unit 210 receives store search conditions sent from the user terminal.
