PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a prosthetic finger bending and stretching mechanism for rebuilding a finger cut leaving some joints so as to be in a state in which a bending and stretching function of the tip of the finger is valid.SOLUTION: A tip finger part link 16 is attached to a tip of a stump part socket 20 so as to be rotatable around rotation axes 30, 32. A bending traction wire 34 is stretched between an inner palm side 28a of the tip finger part link 16 and a back palm side 24a of a palm part socket 24 so that the wire 34 passes through a more inner palm side than the second rotation axis 32. An extension traction wire 36 is stretched between the back palm side 28b of the tip finger part link 16 and the inner palm side 24b of the palm part socket 24 so that the wire 36 passes through a more back palm side than the second rotation axis 32. When the stump part socket 20 is rotated toward the inner palm side around an MP joint 12, tension of the bending traction wire 34 is increased while that of the extension traction wire 36 is decreased, thereby making the tip finger part link 16 smoothly rotate toward the inner palm side and be bent.
