PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To rigidly fix a snow guard on batten seam roof while entirely covering surface of the batten seam roof with a waterproof member irrespective of configuration of batten seam part and inner structure.SOLUTION: A waterproof structure 1 with snow guard structure for batten seam roof comprises: a waterproof member 2 entirely covering surface of batten seam roof 100; a snow guard supporting member 5 arranged between the waterproof member 2 and the surface of the batten seam roof 100 or on the surface of the waterproof member 2 in a bridging manner on at least a part in the longitudinal direction of a batten seam part 101; a first fixing member 6 fixing the snow guard supporting member 5 onto roof base part 106 which penetrates the roof material of the batten seam roof 100 and supports the roof material; a snow guard bar 7 which is arranged above the waterproof member 2 and above a part covering the batten seam part 101 of the snow guard supporting member 5; and a second fixing member 8 fixing the snow guard bar 7 onto the snow guard supporting member 5.
