PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a quantitative method of concentration of each IgG subclass of an anti-NMDAR antibody in which the ELISA method is employed.SOLUTION: A quantitative method includes the steps of: (a) coating a well for analyte of an ELISA plate by a solution containing an antigen of an antibody of interest; (b) coating a standard well of the plate by IgG 1-4 diluted in series; (c) cleaning the plate by a buffer solution and a solution capable of blocking a non-specific binding site; (d) cleaning the plate by a cleaning buffer agent furthermore; (e) disposing a biological sample in the well for analyte; (f) cleaning the plate by the cleaning buffer agent repeatedly; (g) adding a solution containing a labeled secondary antibody to each well; (h) adding a chromogenic substrate to each well; and (i) measuring absorbance.
