PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique for reducing a burden of a user applied to correction work of a morpheme by optimizing a morphological dictionary while retaining the morpheme to a minimum unit.SOLUTION: A morphological analysis tuning apparatus performs morphological analysis of an input text, and compares an optimum morphological analysis result as a morphological analysis result in which a cost of the morphological analysis result takes a minimum value, with a correct morphological analysis result that a user inputs related to the input text as correct data. As the result of the comparison processing, when there is a different part between the correct morphological analysis result and the optimum morphological analysis result, the morphological analysis tuning apparatus creates a cost adjustment rule such that the cost of the correct morphological analysis result becomes smaller than that of the optimum morphological analysis result.
