PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an antirust primer coating capable of enhancing adhesion with an iron steel material similar to or more than that when conducting conventional pre-treatment process even with primer coating directly on a cleaned iron base surface and a repair coating construction method using the coating.SOLUTION: The antirust primer coating according to the present invention contains iron oxide and/or iron hydroxide, phosphoric acid and/or a compound thereof, organic chelating agent, an epoxy based resin as essential component. Based on 100 wt.% of the epoxy based resin, 0.1 to 2.0 wt.% of iron oxide and/or iron hydroxide, 0.1 to 3.0 wt.% of phosphoric acid and/or a compound thereof and 0.1 to 5.0 wt.% of organic chelating agent are contained.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
