PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a glyceroglycolipid-containing composition that has a little content of reducing sugar from plants, and to provide a production method thereof, and a soft capsule formulation.SOLUTION: There are provided: a glyceroglycolipid-containing composition extraction-produced from plant such as kale, barley young leaf, mugwort or Komatsuna (Chinese cabbage), using a supercritical carbon dioxide as an extraction solvent; a method for producing a glyceroglycolipid-containing composition in which a supercritical carbon dioxide and a polar solvent may be used together as an extraction solvent; a method for producing a glyceroglycolipid-containing composition in which the plant is a blue juice extraction residue; and a soft capsule formulation including thus produced glyceroglycolipid having a suppressed browning change and having no occurrence of disintegration delay, in a soft capsule.
