The nozzle plate of the present disclosure includes a base material 31a having a through hole 8a serving as a nozzle (discharge hole 8), and a metal film 31aa disposed on at least an inner wall of the through hole 8a of the base material 31a. The base material 31a has nickel as a main component, the metal film 31aa has nickel and palladium as main components, and the cross section including the base material 31a and the metal film 31aa has an interface between the base material 31a and the metal film 31aa.
