Method for establishment of bone marrow highly metastatic mouse breast cancer cell line of breast cancer

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To establish an establishing method of a marrow highly metastatic breast cancer cell strain of breast cancer in which a highly metastatic mouse 4T1E/M3 breast cancer cell strain is further improved and to provide a marrow highly metastatic breast cancer model animal using the established strain.SOLUTION: A marrow highly metastatic mouse breast cancer cell strain is established at a high ratio by employing means that: a mouse breast cancer cell 4T1E/M3 cell strain is used as a parental strain; cells having an excellent migration ability in a vertical direction are selected with a dual well comprising fine holes on a bottom part of an inner well; then the cells are subcutaneously administered to a mouse to obtain marrow cells from vertebrae; screening drug resistant strains from the cells; and the drug resistant strains are administered to a mouse. There is also provided a marrow highly metastatic breast cancer model animal in which the marrow highly metastatic mouse breast cancer cell strain is transplanted to a mouse.
