PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a graphene sheet organic dispersion and a heat releasing graphene sheet structure using the same at a low cost.SOLUTION: The graphene sheet organic dispersion is produced by a production method comprising (1) a step of preparing a graphene oxide water dispersion containing a water soluble compound having 9,9-bis(substituted aryl)fluorene skeleton and graphene oxide, (2) a step of obtaining a graphene sheet water dispersion by applying a reduction treatment to the graphene oxide water dispersion, (3) a step of centrifugally settling and recovering the graphene sheet after mixing the graphene sheet water dispersion and an organic solvent, and (4) a step of obtaining a graphene sheet organic dispersion by mixing the recovered graphene sheet and the organic solvent. The heat releasing graphene sheet structure composed of the graphene sheet organic dispersion has not only efficient conductivity, but also excellent thermal conductivity (particularly heat releasing property).
