PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for manufacturing a laminate material of an aluminium material and a copper material by finding out proper conditions about a rolling reduction rate, a rolling count, a heat treatment temperature and time.SOLUTION: In a method for manufacturing a laminate material for laminating an aluminium material and a copper material to carry out cold rolling and heat treatment in this order, the cold rolling comprises a first cold rolling and a second cold rolling, before the first cold rolling, the surface hardness (HV) of the aluminium material is 35 or less, and the surface hardness (HV) of the copper material is 75 or less. A rolling reduction rate is 75 to 90% in the first cold rolling and a cumulative reduction rate is 10 to 90% in the second cold rolling. A temperature and a time for the heat treatment are 150 to 310°C and 10 to 30 hr, respectively.
