PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a mechanism to facilitate selection of shared applications, when the applications are shared among users in a web conference system.SOLUTION: Applications that are permitted to be shared in a web conference system and applications that are not permitted to be shared are previously set. When a user enters in a room for a web conference (conference room), sharable applications are extracted from a list in which applications that are permitted or not permitted to be shared are previously registered, and automatic activation and also automatic sharing of applications are performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 13
