Skill evaluation apparatus, program and method for evaluating skill of workers in crowdsourcing

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a skill evaluation device, program, and method with which it is possible to select a high-skill operator from among unspecified many and varied operators as in cloud sourcing.SOLUTION: The skill evaluation device has: work task information collection means for collecting the work task information of each operator; learning task information estimation means for outputting "learning task information" mechanically estimated for a subject content in accordance with work; work task information selection means for selecting plural pieces of work task information in which the similarity to the learning task information is greater than or equal to a prescribed threshold; learning task information extraction means for generating new learning task information in which the plural pieces of selected work task information are merged by a logical product, a logical sum, or a majority rule, and feeding back the generated learning task information to the work task information selection means; and operator skill evaluation means for finally sorting the plural pieces of work task information in decreasing order of similarity to the learning task information, and evaluating the ranking as the skill of each operator.
