PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To design a wiring and implementation in a board, on the basis of a design stage of creation of a single-line diagram.SOLUTION: An in-board arrangement adjustment device 100 adjusts arrangement of plural articles in a board, on the basis of a single-line diagram, when receiving a requirement condition from outside. The in-board arrangement adjustment device 100 comprises: a component database 11 for storing component data related to articles in the board; a wiring database 12 for storing wiring data related to a wiring; an article arrangement database 13 for storing arrangement classification data related to arrangement and classification of the articles in the board; a wiring specification adjustment part 21 for adjusting a wiring specification including presence/absence of adding of a branch terminal block on the basis of the single-line diagram, using the wiring data; an article arrangement adjustment part 22 for adjusting article arrangement on the basis of an adjustment result on the wiring specification adjustment part 21 using the component data and arrangement classification data; an input part 32; and an output part 42.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
