PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for evaluating an expected damage amount caused by liquefaction for a liquefaction measure construction method, capable of accurately calculating an expected damage amount in liquefaction occurrence for each foundation reinforcement or liquefaction measure construction method and an expected damage amount for (t) years.SOLUTION: For each foundation reinforcement or liquefaction measure construction method, a building damage probability is modeled from a maximum inclination angle of a site in the case of liquefaction in the past by a probability density function of logarithmic normal distribution or the like (S1). Building repair cost corresponding to a degree of damage per construction area is modeled using recovery cost data in liquefaction in the past (S2). A value of "building damage probability in liquefaction" multiplied by "building repair cost corresponding to damage degree" is integrated and defined as an expected loss amount in liquefaction occurrence (S3). In accordance with "probability of liquefaction in (t) years" multiplied by "expected loss amount in liquefaction occurrence", an expected damage amount caused by liquefaction for (t) years is calculated (S4).
