Method of treating pile head of cutting material and on-site construction pile

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a parting member and a pile head treatment method for an on-site constructed pile that facilitate demolition of excess concrete.SOLUTION: A parting member 1 has a plurality of slits at a prescribed interval on a surface 3 of a mat-like body 2 formed of a stretchable material. A cage 35 made of reinforcing bars and having the parting member 1 fitted in a circumferential direction is inserted into a hole 39 excavated into a ground while holding an upper part of a main reinforcement 37 in a slit, and concrete is cast for constructing an on-site constructed pile 29. Then, concrete at an outside part 41 of the parting member 1 is removed, the concrete being a part of excess concrete 33 at a pile head of the on-site constructed pile 29, and the parting member 1 is removed from the cage 35. Furthermore, concrete at an inner part 43 of the parting member 1 is removed, the concrete being a part of the excess concrete 33.
