PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable accurate therapy to be carried out, in which an object to be examined is strictly positioned with respect to a therapeutic planning result.SOLUTION: An image generation part 75 generates a plurality of cross-sectional images related to a plurality of cross sections whose directions are different from each other based on the output from a radiation detector 55. A main storage part 87 stores an irradiation condition in the radiotherapy determined at the time of therapeutic planning. A calculation part 77 calculates an irradiation path and an irradiation field shape in the plurality of cross sections of radiation from a radiation source 19 on the basis of the irradiation condition, the present source position of the radiation source 19, and the position of the plurality of cross sections. A display part 81 displays the calculated irradiation path and the calculated irradiation field shape so as to be superimposed on the plurality of cross-sectional images.
