PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a concrete pile with outer-shell steel pipe of which the flexure capacity and toughness are improved further than the prior arts.SOLUTION: The concrete pile with outer-shell steel pipe comprises: an outer-shell steel pipe; and a hollow and cylindrical pile body which is disposed within the outer-shell steel pipe while being deposited to an inner circumferential surface of the outer-shell steel pipe and at least partially contains concrete. When D denotes an outer diameter of the outer-shell steel pip, tc denotes thickness of the pile body, ts denotes thickness of the outer-shell steel pipe, T(=tc+ts) denotes a total of the thickness of the pile body and of the outer-shell steel pipe, and T/D denotes a ratio of the thickness and the diameter, the concrete pile with outer-shell steel pipe satisfies a relationship indicated by an inequality of 0.24≤T/D0.5.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
