PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To fix a biological sample while suppressing invasiveness.SOLUTION: There is provided a biological sample fixing device 1 on a stage 6 of a microscope 5 for fixing a biological sample on the stage 6, which includes a transparent glass plate 10 on the stage 6 and a cover member 20 over the glass plate 10 forming a flow passage 30 between the cover member 20 and the glass plate 10, the cover member 20 having a suction part 31 connecting to a part 30a of the flow passage 30 for sucking air in the flow passage 30 and an opening 32 connecting to another part 30b of the flow passage 30 and directed to a part of the biological sample.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
