PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve accuracy of structure fluid analysis.SOLUTION: A memory sets an analysis object area on an image of time series related to a tubular structure of an object, and sets a latent variable identification area on the analysis object area. An image analysis/tracking processing part 53 calculates a shape index of time series and a shape deformation index of time series on the analysis object area. A dynamic model construction part 55 constructs a dynamic model related to structure fluid analysis of the analysis object area, on the basis of the shape index of time series, the shape deformation index of time series, and the image of time series. A statistical identification part 61 identifies a latent variable related to the latent variable identification area so that, at least one of a predicted value of the shape index and a predicted value of a flow index based on the constructed dynamic model matches at least one of an observed value of the shape index and an observed value of the flow index being measured in advance.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
