PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a local district watching system for the crime prevention and disaster prevention of an overall local community.SOLUTION: A local community watching system 100 comprises: a management apparatus 20; and a plurality of mobile bodies 10 each carrying a user or baggage in accordance with vehicle dispatch information indicated by the management apparatus 20 and electrically driven, the mobile bodies 10 each collect mobile body information containing a current location, a remaining battery capacity, and operation information, and collect imaging information obtained by imaging a surrounding situation. The management apparatus 20 determines an operating situation of each mobile body 10 from the mobile body information received from the mobile body 10 by wireless communication with the mobile body 10, and calculates an imaging frequency per road section from the imaging information received from each mobile body 10. The management apparatus 20 locates a road section whose calculated imaging frequency is lower than a predetermine value, and transmits the vehicle dispatch information for dispatching the mobile body 10 out of service positioned near the located road section and having a remaining battery capacity equal to or higher than a predetermined value.
