PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a preservation method of biomaterials for long storage time.SOLUTION: A preservation method comprises a preservation step storing a biomaterial in aerosol atmosphere of medical gas and medium. The biomaterial may be at least one biomaterial selected from a group consisting of parts of living bodies, organs and cells. The aerosol of the medium may be aerosol supplied by at least one method selected from a group consisting of a supersonic wave type, a liquid mist type, a nozzle mist type, a steam type, a gasification type and a centrifuging type.
