PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To smoothly carry a user or baggage to a destination even when a traveling body becomes unable to travel in a traffic system for automatically driving the traveling body with electricity as a drive source.SOLUTION: In a traveling body, vehicle allocation means includes: reception means for acquiring travel failure information as information indicating that other traveling body is unable to travel or highly likely to be unable to travel; cooperation spot setting means for setting a cooperation spot at the current position of the other traveling body or between the current position and a destination; and cooperation instruction transmission means for transmitting cooperation spot information indicating the cooperation spot and cooperation information instructing cooperation at the cooperation spot to the other traveling body.
