The purpose of the invention is in that: in angle welding, the work time required for appropriate full welding and making good appearance of weld bead and the application amount of the welding materials are controlled. A beforeahead electrode (13) and a theafterahead electrode (14) which are separately arranged and are in opposite welding advancing direction are used by the serial electric arc welding system (1) for performing angle welding to a joint of a connection between a flat plate and a vertical plate. A predetermined interelectrode distance is arranged between the beforeahead electrode (13) and the theafterahead electrode (14). Moreover, the theafterahead electrode (14) is staggered on the flat plate forwards the vertical direction of the welding advancing direction, so that the distance between the theafterahead electrode (14) and the vertical plate is longer than the distance between the beforeahead electrode (13) and the vertical plate. In addition, a welding torch angle between the beforeahead electrode (13) and the flat plate is maintained for being smaller than a welding torch angle between the theafterahead electrode (14) and the flat plate.
