PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a grain size distribution measurement system capable of improving the accuracy of grain size distribution measurement of a material.SOLUTION: A grain size distribution measurement system 1 includes: a material flowing down part 2 which causes a material 3 to flow downward; a photographing unit 50 which photographs the material 3 flowing downward; and a calculation unit 60 which calculates a grain size distribution of the photographed material 3. The calculation unit 60 includes a total area calculation part which calculates total areas per grain size division of the material 3 in a photographed image, a storage part in which a weight conversion factor being a weight in each prescribed area per grain size division in the photographed image is stored, and a grain size distribution calculation part which calculates a grain size distribution on the basis of the total areas per grain size division of the material 3 and the weight conversion factors. The weight conversion factors are preliminarily calculated on the basis of total areas per grain size division of the material in the photographed image obtained by causing the material having known weights per grain size division to flow downward by the material flowing down part 2 and photographing the material by the photographing unit 50, and weights per grain size division of the material having known weights per grain size division.
