PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a zinc electrode that can be manufactured in an alkaline electrolyte and has a fine metal zinc layer.;SOLUTION: A zinc electrode includes a metal zinc layer including indium and zinc as a main component, the metal zinc layer has a surface layer region of 50 nm or less in depth from the surface thereof and a deep layer region of 100 nm or larger in distance from the surface, and the surface layer region has a larger indium concentration than the deep layer region.;COPYRIGHT: (C)2015,JPO&INPIT
