PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an elongation amount measurement device for a tensioning member that does not require an easy-to-break wire material and may be installed readily.SOLUTION: A jack device 3 includes a supported body 3a supported on a structure 1 side, and a movable body 3b having a holding part 3c that holds an edge side of a tensioning member 2 inserted through the structure 1. An elongation amount measurement device includes a first mark 5a, a second mark 5b, an imaging device 6, and an image processing device. The first mark 5a is marked on an outer surface on an installation route of the tensioning member 2 on the supported body 3a, and the second mark 5b is marked on the tensioning member 2. The imaging device 6 photographs the first mark 5a and the second mark 5b in a same frame. The image processing device analyzes an image taken by the imaging device 6, measures a distance between the first mark 5a and the second mark 5b, and calculates an amount of change of the measured value during a tensioning process of the tensioning member 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
