A method to propagate vegetatively Poplar (Populus sp.) sheets prepared from Stakes, where the method comprises the following steps: a) providing Cutting Stakes Donor sheet from a Tree,(b) Immerse the Stake prepared Leaf On a combination of Plant Growth regulators, c) stake in solid substrate prepared sheet of organic or inorganic origin,(d) to induce Sprouting and rooting of the Stake of sheet prepared by Ambient temperature, humidity and Lighting controlledWhere the steps (a) to (d) always occur outside an in vitro environment; and its modalities.
