(57) The invention relates to an innovative technique combination break pin and locking pin. For the protection of metal constructions by the use of a non-corrosive breaking pin and locking pin with a rubber (or other elastic matter) sleeve around it, which reduces impacts and shocks on both connected structures when the shear pin breaks. In this way, damage is avoided when the shear pin breaks. The protection continues to exist even with repeated breaks of different break pins.
