The present invention provides a synthesis process of disselenetos salicylic acid comprising the steps of (I) reaction of the diazonium salts of derivatives of salicylic acid with selenocianatoPotassium generating selenocianatos; and (II) reaction of the resulting selenocianatos with bases, acids or agents in a solvent hydride donors.The process is to solve the problem of low efficiency, practicality and adaptability of the synthesis of disselenetos of salicylic acid.Such compounds have high applicability in the pharmaceutical area and biochemistry.A synthesis process with higher yield and also makes it possible to obtain isomers of these compounds is highly desirable.
