igg and igm immunoglobulin responsive device and its method for obtaining brush-based polymer-based dengue diagnosis. igg and igm immunoglobulin responsive device for the diagnosis of brush-based polymer-based dengue, which comprises a hydrophobic matrix polymer composed of low density polyethylene (pebd) or high density polyethylene (hdpe) and the hydrophilic poly ( covalently grafted 2-hydroxyethyl methacrylate (phema) on the surface of said hydrophobic matrix, the latter having a statistical alternate graft block copolymer structure. The present invention further comprises the development of a brush-like phema polymer synthesis process and the production of phema polymeric films sensitive to biological changes at their interface and responsive to such changes to adapt to the medium. Methodologies for incorporating brush architecture rhema into a hydrophobic matrix were analyzed. In the end, the electrochemical investigation of the responsive properties of the device to antibodies immunoglobulin g (igg) and immunoglobulin m (igm) indicate the potential of the device obtained in dengue monitoring.
