Abstract "The present invention is directed generally to fusion proteins containing a targeting sequence that directs the fusion protein to the exosporium of a member of the bacillus cereus family." The present invention also relates to methods of immobilizing spores of a member of the recombinant bacillus cereus family that expresses a fusion protein in plants.
