It is described a system and method of urban solid waste processing that includes composting, cleaning and maturation of mixed waste (organic and inorganic fraction), without previous screening, using the liquid waste (slurry) to accelerate the composting of aerobic form of the waste. organic fraction retained in static bays, without the need for revolving or forced aeration, and obtaining an inorganic material free of contaminants and odors, allowing full recovery for recycling in the separation phase, the whole process being carried out in a closed feedback loop with use in the system itself of the liquid and solid waste generated, obtaining by-products for the manufacturing industry and for agriculture.
