Kit for the diagnosis of Escherichia coli diarreiogu00eanica through detecu00e7u00e2o multiple polymerase chain reaction.The present invention includes the development of a kit for molecular diagnosis of 7 patu00f3tipos of E. coli diarreiogu00eanica.The standardization of multiplex PCR for identification of 7 genes showed that all the conditions of the reaction is specific for the identification of patu00f3tipos.The kit consists of all the reagents for the realization of diagnosis, and the user to add only the bacterial DNA extracted.Five of the seven primers (oligonucleotides) kit were developed by the research group and are specific to the gene of each patu00f3tipo.
